Boot to safe mode, then roll back the video drivers and restart the machine. Let me know how it behaves after that.

Have you done any overclocking, or voltage adjustments in the BIOS? When you say "heating problem" what is overheating? the graphics card, CPU etc.?

I have the EB7200GS video card on a Micro ATX motherboard because I needed composite video out. The system was stable for for about six months but recently started playing up - summer in the southern hemisphere. The passive cooling on this video card was found to be the issue and running the system with no changes except an 'extra' taped on fan pinpointed the problem.

This card works well except in confined spaces or with limited airflow.

THE PROBLEM IS THE POWER SUPPLY MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH POWER TO SUPPORT THAT VIDEO CARD.
THIS VIDEO CARD IS CAUSING THE PWR SUPPLE TO OVER WORK
THE MOTHERBOARD IS EFFECTED BY THIS TO.
CAUSING RAM TO OVERHEAT ALSO.
NOT ENOUGHT AIR FLOW THREW THE COMPUTER SYSTEM.

THE BIGGEST KILLER FOR PERFORMANCE IS HEAT.

YOU NEED ADDITION COOLER IN THE SYSTEM TO COOL THE POWER SUPPLY,
VIDEO CARD, RAM, CPU.

HERE IS A COMPANY FOR THIS PROBLEM YOU ARE HAVING
WWW.ACOUSTICPC.COM

THEY HAVE LOTS OF DIFFERENT COOLING AND COOLER DEVICES FOR COMPUTER SYSTEMS

You don't say what games you are playing. Check that the hardware you have is good enough to play the games. It will be written on the side of the box.

It seems like you have either a thermal problem (processor cooler defective, undersized or incorrectly mounted) or a defective power supply. I'm about 90% sure that the problem is thermal.
