We used to say have a short service on the patio and buy a new set---damaged panel display unit is more than set cost (if it is even available) Let it go---when damaged it can instantly damage other boards/parts in the set.

Hello; Your LCD panel is cracked. The new panel if even available will cost more than the set sells for. Some people buy these sets to harvest parts, but don't expect much. The cracked sets are everywhere and often go to the dump. On your next set, put a 1/8" piece of clear Plexiglas over screen. John
You need to take in the TV for repair. It needs to have the screen replaced. It might not be worth fixing since the screen nearly costs the same as a new TV. If it was damaged by accident warranty might not cover the replacement of the screen.
