Can someone tell me what the audio setting on the Onkyo TX-SR606 should be when the PS3 passes the signal as full multi-channel. My receiver always seems to say something different i.e. Dolby Digital or TV Logic or DTS Mono --

- I have a HDMI 1.3a connection between the TX-SR606 and the PS3.

If you're running an optical cable from the PS3 to the receiver, best quality would be through the Dolby Digital, because that broadcasts in 7.1 HD Audio Format. There should be a way to get a default setting when the optical input is detected in your receiver.
