Question about Kenwood Excelon KVT815DVD Car DVD Player
I also have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan with the exact same problem. From an internet search (how I got here) it seems this is a somewhat common problem.
This issue does not involve a fuse as the changer has power and operates as evidenced by the sound of the changer cycling and the lights are on. Any additional help or any resolution found would be helpful.
I do know from internet research and my experience that this problem is brought on by disconnecting the vehicle battey such as when you install a new battery.
