Our Reebok Elliptical is stuck on a very hard resistance.
Our Reebok Elliptical RL 900 was working just fine but my daughter tried it today and the resistance was impossible even on the lowest setting. She unplugged it and started it again to no avail. The resistance is very hard and we can hardly move it. Nothing seems stuck inside and it isn't making any weird noises. The electronic display goes on fine and isn't flashing or anything. Four members of our family use it daily for 20-25 minutes a piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We really miss it already.

Hi, I'm Peter, (Check battery, connections, starter solenoid0 It sounds like either a bad starter solenoid or a corroded connection on the battery. Battery could be bad or dead which could also mean you may have a bad alternator, Remove the battery connections and clean them and the batter post, reinstall and try to start. Usually if you see a greyish white powder on the connections they need cleaning how ever there may be corrosion between the connectors and the battery terminal so they must be removed to clean them with a wire brush or terminal cleaner tool. ( Cheap) Try to jump start the engine if it jump starts then you can do a quick test by removing the positive cable to the battery for just a couple of seconds. If the engine stays running you most likely have a bad battery if it dies you have a bad alternator. You can have both checked at the local auto parts store for free and they may even install the battery for you if that's the problem. Some times just the connectors themselves work loose and need tightened, if that's the case go ahead and clean them before you tighten them properly because if they were loose then moisture could have gotten in between and caused corrosion.
It might be a Bose system. I usually remove stuck CD's by grasping the edge with a pair of tweezers and pulling slowly, there will be some resistance. Try to reset first by removing the fuse for about 30 seconds and after it powers up again (don't turn it on yet) push the eject button.
hi there that is sorta the problem i had and if you press eject nothing happens its still in there what i done was disconnect the battery for at least one minute and the cd changer lost its memory and was fine so i ejected the cd magazine and cleaned all the cds and blew out inside the machine has worked everytime its woth a try

you spend $$ to have someone do anything, take the radio out of the
dash yourself. what;s the worst thing that can happen, you break the
radio that doesn;t work?
take the top of the radio apart and move the cd around... it's jammed and needed help to set up in the player.
it back in the dash and push play. it should work. i just fixed mine
and i am happier than paris hilton in a sausage factory.
