This problem is most commonly caused by a bad video cable. Sometimes though the monitor itself can have some bad components. The first thing to do in this situation is try the monitor on another computer first. With the same cables and all. If it does the same thing it is wise to buy another cable. IF you still have the same result return the monitor and cable if you can or buy a new one

Icon of a shaking hand on LCD screen

The shaking hand icon has to do with the Image Stabilization control.
If it's continuously shaking, it's set in continuous mode, etc.
You can access control for the "I-S" via the menu...scroll down to IS settings. and you can adjust as desired.

At 40 mph the car starts to shake. It last to 5o

I have this same car with exactly the same problem. Begins shaking at 40mph and stops shaking as soon as you let off the gas, but then begins again as soon as you press on the gas and smooths out as you get over 50. And the shaking is not felt through the steering wheel. Solution: Replace the transmission mounts. There are two of them, one on each side mounted on the frame right next to the shock strut. There is also a front and rear engine mount, but I replaced the two as described and shaking is gone.

Screen Shaking/Vibrating

Yeah, Degaussing is basically resetting the magnetic field inside the monitor. go into the menu options, and search for that option. if this does not work, then your monitor is really old, and needs replacing.
