Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
If you did not take the battery out as soon as you pulled it out of the water it is probily no good because the circuit board was fried from the electric current that the battery was feeding the phone. but for future ref. if droped in the water remove batt asap and take phone apart and dry with a q tip and put back to gether and let it sit for a bout a day to let all the water get out of the phone and then place the batt back in it and turn it on.
