Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I need to connect the mouse to my computer

You can get the correct driver from
http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-Wireless-Optical-Mouse/4085925/model/4188112
After following instructions, you will need a RESTART.
However, be sure to install a fresh AA battery in the mouse.
Then after the restart, plug in the USB dongle. push the CONNECT button It is under the red light under the mouse) for several seconds.
You should be connected.
Please be aware that this mouse has had a lot of unfavorable comments from users. Complaints are:
1. Battery needs to be replaced after 1 day of use.
2. Mouse clicks on its own - very frustrating.
3. Mouse sucks.
This model is no longer supported by HP.
IMHO, get another mouse at Walmart. Save your stomach.

Need a manual for HP photo frame

I may misunderstand your model # but here is a link to what should be either the correct product or an HP product that is relatively close.
This is direct from HP's website so SPAM/Virus free... Choose your language then click and download the blue highlighted category you like. If this isn't correct, you are within only a few mouse clicks of the correct product.
Enjoy...

Touchpad not working on a hp pavillion dv4000

There could be several reasons for this issue, including:

(1) Drivers need to be installed on your machine:
  • Find the product number for your laptop (it will usually be somewhere on a bottom panel of your laptop in the form of: dv4001AP or similar)
  • Go to this link here and choose your product number
  • Select your operating system from the choices (Windows 7, Vista, XP, etc.)
  • Scroll down and select "Driver - Keyboard, Mouse, and Input Devices"
  • Select "Touchpad Pointing Device Driver"
  • Select "Download"
  • Select "Open" (or "Save" and then open the file after download)
  • Follow the prompts on the screen
  • Restart your computer at least once in order for the changes to take effect (after installation)
(2) The touchpad has been damaged in some form, whether from exposure to high pressure, temperature, etc. or from prolonged, rough use. In this case, you can choose to have it repaired by a technician, but this may cost money if the product is not under warranty.

Neither of these methods is a guarantee, but it's worth a shot. Good luck

Cant turn off the touchpad on my compaq presario cq50 & it's driving me nuts. HELP!

Hi Madre - Looking at the manual I can understand your frustration.

To turn the touchpad on and off you have to use button #6 (see below). Most certainly not intuitive!

I need the small USB wireless receiver for the HP Model morfd7ul mouse. where can i get one..what is the part number to google for it?

Can't be done. HP doesn't sell the receiver separately. My wife found a mouse on an airplane that had been left behind by a previous passenger. I got on chat with HP, and after repeatedly asking for a computer model number (I don't own an HP computer), they finally directed me to the HP parts store phone number. After the Bangalorean that I spoke with (who was very nice) searched for a few minutes, she came back and told me that HP doesn't sell the receiver separately. I asked, "So I've got a useless mouse that HP won't support, correct?", she repeated that HP wouldn't sell the receiver separately.
This level of support is why I never purchase HP products.

Need manual for kolcraft double side by side stroller. The only Reg no. PA23470(HK) I can find on the product. The stroller does not go forward correctly. Looks as if someone have taken it apart I bought...

Here's the Kolkraft Manual website.

http://www.kolcraft.com/customer-service/product-instructions/

It says your manufacturer number can be found on the
"Stroller/Carrier - on rear leg or fabric tag on back of seat"
When I typed in the number you had, it did not work. So first be sure you have the correct number.

I would call them if this doesn't help. Their number is:
Kolcraft Customer Service at 800.453.7673 in USA and Canada or 910.944.9345 outside USA and Canada.
