If your blower will not shut off from the thermostat, you either have a bad thermostat or your red and green thermostat wires are exposed to each other.

On most gas furnaces the blower will indicate a problem has accured .if you are unable to shut the blower from from the t -stat then a probable cause is a manuel reset safety has tripped and needs to be reset . When this happens the blower will run to alarm the homeowner that an error has happen . There are several safetys and causes for this type of situation . More info will be needed . Thanks

I have a 1987 Intertherm FEH-015HA electric furnace. The issue I am having is that my blower will not shut of unless I pull the disconnect. My thermostat will operate the heating elements like normal,

You most likely have a bad fan limit / cycling switch. If you kill the power to the furnace see if you can trace the wires from the motor to where the connect to the switch. It looks like a round button with tabs sticking out of it for the wires to connect. Mark down where the wires were connected and take it to a HVAC business or furnace supply house. Be sure to have the model off the furnace with you so you can get the correct parts.

Look at the "klixon" style heat actuated switches mounted on the fire box of the heater. One of them is not working.

I NEED A WIRING DIAGRAM FOR INTERTHERM FEH-015HA WITH ONLY 2 WIRES AVAILABLE FOR HEAT ONLY. THE WIRE ARE CONNECTED TO "W" AND "A" POST BUT THE FURNACE WILL NOT SHUT DOWN AT SET-POINT.

If it's only a two wire system, it should be on the R/RC and W. Fan should kick on automatically.
Not too familar with that unit
A is usally for a heat pump pick-up coil or heating element
Pay attention once you've rewired the t'stat. Make sure the blower goes on automatically. The most it should take is apx five min, even if house is really cold
Also, check the heater. It may have way more options for control. You will just have to run new t'stat wire to take advantage

I have a mobile home with Intertherm electric furnace model FEH-015HA. It will not stop running whenever it has power. We have to switch off the circuit breaker to stop it. The thermostat has been replaced...

You could possibly have a bad sequencer. Turn off the power and check the normally open connections with an ohmmeter. If they are not open then it is bad.

Disconnect assembly has overheated and needs replacement. where can I find a new puul-out disconnect assembly for my intertherm furnace model FEH-015HA-03

Those parts are readily available. You can get them at intertherm.com or google hvacparts.com and have your model and serial number ready. You are talking about the pullout at the bottom left of the unit correct. If you have a breaker within six feet of the pullout you can remove it. But be very careful and turn off all power before you try.Rus

I NEED A FILTER FOR MY 1991 HOBILE HOME FURNACE IT IS A INTERTHERM MODEL FEH-015HA-04 NOROYNE SERIAL FEH 9105-00229

Best things to do is find your Return grill in the home.
Get a measuring tape and measure the Hole size with the grill removed, Or filterback grill whatever the case.
Then simply go to a home retailer with the size, or in rare cases you may want to consider a Hogs hair washable filter that can be cut to size, to fit it perfectly.

Troubleshooting intertherm feh-015ha (FROM FREEZING FAMILY)

Having changed the fuse and breaker tell me there is a major short in you furnace. 240 volts is a lot of amperage and a very delicate job to attempt to help you directly. I have found that any intertherm dealer near you will be happy to help solve your problem. Yes, the sequencers are possible reason but 50 amps at 240 volts is what concerns me. Did your transformer burn out also?
Let me know what you think and if you would like, I will locate the correct source of help. Thanks, JT

Intertherm E1EH-015HA FURNACE no heat

Sounds like a downflow electric furnace? If so it sounds like you have 15kw worth of electric heat, you might have a defective heating sequencer, witch is what they call a dual on one plate.
