Question about HP LaserJet 3390 All-in-One Multifunction Printer
When i am trying to setup my new photosmart c4280 printer and i get to the scanning the alignment page it said alignment failed. i have tried to set up printer on two computers and it did the same thing and i even took the ink cartridges out and put them back in
Sounds like that printer/scanner has a problem right out of the box. I would consider talking that piece of hardware back for an exchange. It you have tried it on three computers then it is the printer/scanner and not you.
