I can't get in my facebook account

Facebook is a very popular site and often times the servers become overloaded with visitors. It could be as simply as waiting, but here are a few other solutions that may help to fix the issue.
- Reload Facebook (Ctrl + R) - Clear the cache on your computer's browser (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache) - Restart your computer browser (Close the browser and then reopen it) - Restart your computer
If the website still does not appear then try contacting Facebook directly. (http://www.facebook.com/help/)

Hii wenever im trying to go on facebook site www.facebook.com this is what appears : Oops! This link appears broken.DNS error occurred. Server cannot be found. I cannot open facebook site at all....

Hi, are you following a link in an email, typing it it by hand, or relying on a link in your browser?
A, The link may be broken (it's mispelled, or taking you somewhere else);
B, It may be that you've miss-spelled it;
C, The link may have cookies disabled. (some sites require cookies to be enabled on your computer).
D, go via link for more info:- http://www.buzzle.com/articles/dns-error.html

A, - ignore this;
B, double check;
C, go into your "tools", internet options, browsing history, and click on "delete". This will clear ALL your history, including saved passwords on sites that you use regularly - BE WARNED!!! Try Facebook again.
D, do what the link says (technical stuff)...

IF, however you are trying from certain computers (like at work / libraries), they may have excluded Facebook / Myspace / Twitter etc from being accessed, due to possible virus infections.

I have 3 different computers Dell'2005, Gateway'2008 and HP'Sept'2009 and 2 different ISP connections and I'm getting the same problem trying to log into FB. The problem started for me about 3-4 weeks ago...

Hello and thank you for using Fixya services.

You are not alone with this issue. I see many, many people having the same issues (on this site). I believe it is a problem with Facebooks server. They may also be maintaining it or it could be overwhlemed.

Good news is, your computers are fine!

Hope this helps.

Hi, it seems that these sites have been blocked on your network. Try using a proxy software.

Download ultrasurf from ultrasurf.co.

It work for me.

Oops! This link appears to be broken.

I saw your website and its showing contents of your FTP. Ask your administrator to disable "directory browsing" if you're using IIS/Windows Hosting. You should act fast since this is security risk; you're files are visible in the internet and some can be copied.

What also happened here was that the website was not properly configured to point to the right directory or the right default page.
