Transferring an xp3 pc image to a computer presently using Win 7

You might be lucky, but I don't think it will work. If the hardware is different XP will complain or simply not work.
Why do you want to transfer XP on to a machine that is running Windows 7. Win 7 is much more stable and is still supported.

When the VIZIO PC was Purchased in 2012 it came with windows 7x64 Home Premium. seen than i have formatted the HDD since than and install windows 10 pro x64bit from my usb drive using clean boot.

neither
upgrading to win 10 from win 7 without using the win 10 cd or gig stick creates a conflict of operating systems in the C drive
I had the same problem thinking that it was a free upgrade and when installed the pc gave me heaps
talked to my IT wiz and he explained that the upgrade caused problems and if I wanted to use win 10 install it from the media after uninstalling win 7
needless to say I am still using win 7 after I uninstalled the win 10 and the pc is trouble free up till now as there are driver problems appearing, win live mail problems and other issues because win 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft and the program is slowly breaking down
AS for you problem c, take it to an IT geek and have him get into the os to clear the upgrade
Then get the win 10 program and have him uninstal win 7 and install win 10 for you

I install Windows 7 on my computer and I get 8 bits of video that I have had xp and when that had 96Mb

Hi, what has happened is when you installed the Win 7, it hasn't recognized your Video card, what you need to do, is obtain a driver that is suitable for Win 7. You need to go to the manufacturers website of you Video card,or PC, and find the driver and download and install. If it is an ATI card go to the ATI website and download the latest driver for your video card, if NVIDIA then the same applies here, BOTH of those sites would have a suitable driver, IF the card is supported under Win 7.
Many Video cards are NOT suitable NOR supported, in this case you either have to use the "Generic" drivers Win 7 supplies, or change you Video card if possible.
I have a feeling that your PC will NOT be suitable for Win 7. However I include the link for your drivers. Please go to this website below and download your Video Drivers and see how you go.

Then while you restart computer there will be a prompt menu asking to select OS to start. Thanks

After up grate from win xp to win7 no sound

Hello

Win 7 does not support direct sound.Go to controlpanel and run the windows update.
This should find your sound device and download the drivers for it.

Check the pc manufactures websight for audio drivers also for win 7.
