Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
The songs may be in the wrong format for your player - you cannot fix this problem by "formatting" the player - the same word has two meanings in this case.
iTunes songs won't work
DRM-protected WMA's that don't have transfer rights won't work
Files in mp3 format are your best bet.
