On my 1996 230 timberjack porter there seem to be electrical problems in the joystick. The boom still lifts when joystick is in neutral and when boom is lifted it will fall at a fast rate. When you pull the kill switch, they will stop moving and when you start it up again it will work fine for a few minutes. What is wrong?

Can any one tell my the solution of error code #35 ,#37 and #36 of quantum pride 610?

This indicates a joystick problem. Check the wiring connection and the joystick neutral. There may be a mechanical or electrical problem with the joystick. Test by swapping out the bad joystick with a good one. Hope this helps.

Telescopic boom lift, the fork work only upper motion, when shift to downside no action and the engine is getting to stop, what is the problem of this?

check all switches - wiring - and electric solonoids in that particular function, look closely anywhere the harness flexes in normal operation and also where anything may have been in contact with the wiring. there may be safety limit switches check them as well. quite often it's something simple. a wiring/hyd. scamatic would make things easier if you have a model&serial# you might be able to download on line

What is serial # of DUETZ engine THAT is in 240A timberjack skidder

Not sure if you mean engine size or not . Each engine has it's own serial number. Anyway the Duetz engines were 130 HP 6 Cylinders. Now Duetz had 912 and 913 engines the 913 was the model with a turbo and they produced these engines in 3,4,5,and 6 cylinders. Most of what I've seen is the 6 - 130 HP. This particular unit was built in the mid 80's or so. Other Timberjacks different models/years, etc, also had 4 cylinder cummings, then some John Deere also. If my memory serves me correct it seems like I ran up on an old Timberjack in the woods hunting one day and it had a Detroit 353 in it. Great little engines.

I HAVE STORM TDX5 CAN BE SITTING STILL AND THE CHAIR WILL TAKE OFF BY ITSELF AND GO WILD WHEN I SHUT IT OFF FINALLY IT COMES UP NEUTRAL TESTING AND WON'T GO ANYWHERE CAN YOU TELL ME IF IT IS THE JOYSTICK

Yes, it definitely sounds like a bad joystick control or a bad joystick wiring harness to the controller. Using a hand held programmer you can read the fault log to verify the number of fault codes attributed to the joystick and joystick out of neutral at start-up. Most dealers and certified technicians have the proper HHP to read the fault log and make this determination.
With the power wheelchair off you can feel a bad joystick gimbal by rotating it in circles and forward and back, feeling for rough and dead spots. If it does not come back to neutral when you release it i.e. it is off center, you have a bad gimbal. Because it sounds like a safety issue, I would recommend having this repair done before using the chair again. Hope this helps.

Controllers freak out

Sounds like its time to buy a new controller, You could spend hours trouble shooting this one and for the price of a replacement its really not worth the time playing around with it and trying to repair it.
