Yes I had the same problem. Replace the two 33000microF caps. I would be careful replacing them with a higher rating (12 or 16 volts) just replace them with the same rating and should work fine. If not go to ebay and there are several power supply boards that you can buy cheap. That would help you if you don't have any component level electronics training or experience.
