Follow below procedures to set the clock..

1. Press CLOCK until the time flashes on the display (12-hour clock for RCA, 24-hour clock for Thomson).
2. Press TUNING UP or DOWN to set the hour and then press PRESET UP/ DOWN to shift to minute digits.
3. Press TUNING UP or DOWN to set the minute.
4. Press SET to save settings and STOP to quit setting.

Note: When system is ON, you can press CLOCK to
display the current time for about 2 seconds.

Have you tried looking under the phone log for a mini-reference guide?

Your old phone my have been for a digital phone line. The new phone only works on traditional telco analog. There are adaptors that your phone company has to make the line analog.

You must leave the handset in the base charger. Otherwise it would not complete.

i can answer the phone but cannot talk on the recv. it works the same on speaker as well. you can hear but they cannot hear me. i have changed out the headset, but its still the same. any help would be greatly appreciated.
