Don't get it ... you have the browser's downloader that you're not supposed to have, or you don't have the downloader you're supposed to have?
Anyway, why don't you try uninstalling the browser and reinstalling it? Or maybe uninstalling an upgrade that might have caused the problem or something. what browser do you have? I've never heard of this problem - downloads one time, doesnt' download the next
and also, there's a catch ... sometimes when you click Download somewhere, and you get the page to Accept the licence of stuff ... wait for that page or small window to load completely. if not, it can happen that you click I accept too soon, and he get's the message you do, but doesn't jet have the note that that's an order to start downloading and send the IDMN window to you to click start. that way you have to do it all again and wait three times longer.

I'm assuming that IDMN is Internet Download Manager. If that is the case, there open the options page for IDM and make sure that 'click monitoring' is turned on for whatever browser you are using.

Web page performance is a measure of the response load time of a web page. The slower a page loads, the higher the page's visitor bounce rate will be. There are quite a few free tools available on the market designed to conduct diagnostic performance tests on web pages. These tests analyze a select page, based a set of rules that are proven to speed the load time. You can use a web-based performance analyzing tool. Or you can install tool add-ons to your Firefox web browser.

Errors on page and pages loading slowly, please help

You probably have a virus or infection. Boot your system into Safe Mode With Networking (this will give you internet connectivity) then download and install MalwareBytes and run a Quick Scan.

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Take the Safe Mode With Networking option and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different to you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this is normal. When it boots up all the way, open your internet browser, then download and install MalwareBytes and run a Quick Scan.

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "Download cnet Malwarebytes" (without the quotes). Download and install malwarebytes from the sites download.cnet/malwarebytes. When the site opens up click on the Green Download button on the left. Do not click the Red Download button, that's junk. When it finishes installing the Gui Interface will open up with an offer to Accept a Trial Version or Decline. CLICK DECLINE you want the totally free version. Run a QUICK SCAN. As it scans, if it finds infections the number will be in red. When it finishes scanning, click SHOW RESULTS. A notepad text document will open up showing you the results. You can close the text document and go back to the Gui Interface where you will click REMOVE SELECTED RESULTS. The objects will already be selected for you. When it finishes removing the objects click ok and it will sometimes reboot your machine.

Reset Internet Explorer by clicking Start/Control Panel and look for Internet Options. When Internet Options open, click the Advanced Tab then look down and click Reset Internet Explorer settings.

Try using another browser. Internet Explorer is the worst browser there is, try the faster and safer browsers.

Try downloading Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Google Chrome. Unlike Internet Explorer they install in less than 5 minutes and they are faster and safer than Internet Explorer.

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type: "Download Mozilla Firefox" (without the quotes). Download and Install Mozilla Firefox from Mozilla's website. Do the same thing for Opera and Google Chrome.

I've put the links of each one below so if you like you can just click on them to go to their site to do the download and install.

www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

http://www.opera.com/download/

Whacky keyboard

Sounds like you have a virus or infection, or the keyboard is going bad. Try booting up in Safe Mode and see if the keyboard works.

Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Take the Safe Mode option and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different to you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this is normal. If the keyboard works in safe mode then it proves you might have a virus or infection. Now, turn the computer off and reboot as if you are going into Safe Mode, but this time take the Safe Mode With Networking option (this will give you internet connectivity). When it boots up, open your browser and download and install MalwareBytes and run a Quick Scan.

If the above options don't solve the problem then try running a System Restore. System Restore will allow you to select a Restore Point (date and time) to roll your system back to before you started having problems. System Restore does not delete your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was installed after the restore point you selected). System Recovery on the other hand deletes everything and sets your system back to when you first purchased it.

To start System Restore click Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore. Select a restore point (date and time) before you started having issues with the keyboard.

In Windows 7 click Start then in the search box type System Restore. Look up at the top for the returned search results and click System Restore.

My HP upper keys dont work except for 56

OK, it sounds like your keyboard has been hijacked by an infection. If it works long enough for you to login then it works, but stops after windows loads because the virus also loads.

Try going into Safe Mode and see if the keyboard works. Turn off your computer, then hit the power button to turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see Safe Mode. Select Safe Mode and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different to you because the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this is normal. Once it boots to your desktop, try using the keyboard. Open up something like Notepad or Wordpad and hit every key to see if they work. If they work, you surely have a virus infection. Most viruses can't function in safe mode because they need a internet connection and a normal startup. if the keyboard works lets get the lil ******.

Turn off you computer again and turn it back on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see Safe Mode. This time scroll down until you see SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING. Select Safe Mode With Networking. This will give you internet connectivity. Open up your browser and download and install MalwareBytes.

Go to www.google.com and in the search box type:"Download cnet Malwarebytes" (without the quotes). Download andinstall malwarebytes from the sites download.cnet/malwarebytes. When thesite opens up click on the Green Download button on the left. Do notclick the Red Download button, that's junk. I have internet connection and also shown G but web browser not open website shown web browser time out? why tell me what problem

1) Try a system restore.
Go to start > all programs > accessories > system tools > system restore
Follow prompts to reset computer to a time when it was working correctly in the past.
All downloaded programs will be lost, but documents and photos should not be affected.
Suggest you back up anyway.

2) Try a work-around on your computer.
Go to Start > all programs > accessories > wordpad.
Open wordpad > click Help > select Help topics > box opens
In upper left corner of box is yellow question mark > click question mark > select 'jump to URL'
URL box opens
Fill in URL with the web address shown below
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
Download Firefox browser and see if it will work correctly
Or download Chrome browser, etc
