I have a small cross at the left hand corner of my i68/i9 phone so think here is no signal. I don't know if it's something to do with settings but did work when i got it. I am not sure if i have done something to it. I have tried the battery and restore to factory settings. I am using O2 U.K
Any help would be great, cheers.

Re: Can't receive/make calls and text
Go to settings , Dual SIM settings , and check that you're not in 'flight mode' (that's when the 2 X appear top left) and change it to either one of the 3 other options (Dual sim open, only sim1 open, only sim2 open).
My Phone in Flight Mode CECT KA08. I need to know how to put it back to normal mode because it does not allow me to do anything. I changed it to flight mode by accident while playing around with the phone settings.

Network provider sometimes caused this problem because of their system mulfunction or upgrade. With that sometimes we can call but texting unable to send or received, but sometimes a signal indicator is full but not connected to the network provider, it means a feak signal. My recomendation is to contact network provider hotline and tell your problem or replace simcard. If yuo totally cannot call and text then positive your fone has a signal problem and need repair on it. Good luck
Hi, this is simple, there is what is called a message center number on every mobile phone that allows you to send and receive text messages. Since you can not send and receive text message, then it's either the message center number is not there or that you have a network problem from your service provider. Contact the customer service section of AT&T to make a complain about it and the problem will be resolve immediately..
After further research into the phone, I have discovered that it does not support any 3G network and as vodafone and O2 in Ireland are now 3G networks, neither the I9 or the I68+ will work on these networks. They only support 2G networks(GSM). Will work with Meteor Irl but this network is in the process of changing to 3G so these chinese phones will soon be useless in the Republic of Ireland.

First remark: This phone is not 3G compatible !!! the name is i9+ 3G but it's only the name !!!
Second: Go to settings , Dual SIM settings , and check that you're not in 'flight mode' (that's when the 2 X appear top left) and change it to either one of the 3 other options (Dual sim open, only sim1 open, only sim2 open).
Third: The name will appear when the person is in your address book.
