I forgot to add that I can turn my CPU on anytime. That part will power up but the monitor, mouse and keyboard will not.

That is very strange. Have you tried unplugging everything, turning on the computer, letting it run about 20 minutes, pressing the power button once to shut it down, plugging everything back in, then powering on the computer?

It's possible that it will, "unlock" the system. A CMOS reset might also be helpful.

Well, when my emachine did this, I was informed the "power toggle" was "gone" and that basically it would cost more to fix than to replace. I suggest you have this looked at as I suspect you will be given similar information.
Wish I had better news. Good Luck!

No start up - constant fan - no mouse or keyboard working

Update drivers for the mouse and keyboard. I also recommend installing "Glary Utilities" which is a free registry optimezer and corrects and registry errors in the system

Computer won't start up

sounds like the cpu is dead, if your fan was full of dust theres a high chance it wasnt working properly for a while which would of caused the cpu to fry from lack of proper cooling and also the dust in the vents would have prevented heat from escapeing so its highly probable that the cpu is dead try replaceing it, i cannot gaurentee that anything else internally got fried from the heat tho, i had a similar problem a week ago

NEC Monitor turns off

Look at your power saving settings. It appears you have your computer monitor to go to sleep. I would change it to never sleep

No power light when on but can hear running, no screen image

First make sure the monitor is on and connected to the PC.
If the power light is not on you could have a bad power supply, it could also be that the onboard video went bad.
If your PC has four trouble lights in the back, let us know which ones are lit, this can pinpoint the problem.
The noise you hear is the drive spinning up and the CPU fan.
Good Luck.

Dead pc

try to remove all external device connected to your computer. just leave the keyboad, mouse and monitor connected.
restart computer.
if still a blank screen
remove everything connected to your computer (mouse kyeboard and monitor) restart if nothing happens
open your computer and remove all devices (hard drive, optical drives, memory... restart,,, you should be hearing beeping sounds indicating motherboard is looking for memory. try putting back 1 memory at a time and checking all mem slot. to identify if one of the memory could be causing the blank screen. if both memory will not work try to use known good working memory. if you dont get to hear the beeping sound using a known good working memory. your memory is the problem.
give me more info

My monitor, mouse and keyboard don't work

Try cleaning out the PC. Clean the CPU fan, remove all dust build up within the case. Canned air helps a lot. Blow out the power supply too. When you are able to power up the PC, do you see the case LED's light up / flashing?
I'm keeping in mind that when you loose the video display you also loose the use of the PS2 keyboard & PS2 mouse. If the CPU is over heating the system will shut down the PC.
If you're system is still under warranty, please call Fujitsu.

You may need a new power supply, CPU or board. Sorry!

Good luck!

Computer or Monitor problem?

Seems like you have a bad motherboard. Try a different keyboard, mouse, and VGA cable, and see if it works. I fnot then you deffinitely need a new motherboard.

Dear javier4017,

> If numlock LED glowing it means cpu working fine
only problems with monitor
>If numlock LED not glowing its mean problems with cpu
> if problems with CPU Find check RAM may have dusting problems.
