Are they refills? HP will not accept refills at all . I know from experience.
If they are HP cartridges then the print head is probably clogged. ( the big square tray that the cartridges fit into)
You'll have to remove it (just a latch or clip. Look in manual) and replace it. They can't be cleaned. I've tried on several different models.
Hello, usually the refilled cartridges doesn't work well.
You can try to fix your problem doing this:
1) Put some boiling water into a cup 2) Put the the cartrigde (print surface) close to the water to receive the steam (not inside the water) Do this just a couple of minutes. 3) Put it back ther cartridge into the printer 4) Align or clean the cartridges with a printer program 5) Try printing again
If still does'nt work buy original cartridges or due the high cost of them buy a new printer.
Please don't forget to rate this solution! Have a great day!
hi, do you installing both cartridges (black and colour)? if you do so, my advice is to reinstall the driver for your printer.
if you install ONLY the black cartridge, and the color cartridge remain the old one, (which in my opinion is the present case), your problem is from the color cartridge. The color cartridge have 3 colors and this are: cyan (some kind of blue), yellow and magenta (similar with a pink color, but more intense). The problem is simple: in your color cartridge has left only the magenta color, cyan and yellow tanks are empty.
have 2 options: 1. buy a new color cartridge 2. refill the color cartridge.
