My '99 Escort is getting no power

My '99 Escort is not getting power from the battery. I have tested all the fuses and relays. I drove it at night hit the door locks and went inside. The next morning nothing. No dome lights the car would not unlock using the remote and no power what so ever. Please help as this is my only car.

Thanx In Advance

Yes I have tried to jump the car. I actually tried two different cars and nothing.

Thanx Jones but I fixed it. Turns out that my main fuse was bad... It didn't blow it just melted the bottom of my fuse box...

Do I have a fuel pump fuse and where would it be at ?

Better to test the pump relay with a meter or a test light. The relay could have failed.
The relay and the fuse should be in the fuse box near the battery.
Check your owners manual for details.

94 ford escort lx. Only clicks at relay when trying to start. Replaced battery, ignition relay, neutral safety switch, ignition switch, starter tests good. Power going to starter but no power to exciter...

if you have battery power on the large terminal at the starter and the same on the smaller wire when someone Is turning the key to start and the starter has a good ground then the starter is bad drawing too much amperage causing the clicking sound.

Ford escort fuse box

The clicking is probably the clue . What ever that relay powers up is draining the battery . This is called a parasitic draw on the electrical system .An there is a way to find the problem . The BEST Way TO Perform Parasitic Draw Test

There should be a tool in the fuse box to pull fuse's with !

Have you checked the fuse or relay? If it gets power and the pump is good, this may be the problem. Thanks for choosing FixYa.

01 Escort ZX2 had bad 02 sensor parked and next morning wont fire

is there fuel at the fuel rail it may be your fuel pump but that is just a maybe

i can help you with your electrical draw problem though; with the batter charged remove the negative cable at the battery, place a test light between the battery and the negative cable if there is an electical draw the test light should be lit, then go to your fuse box and start removing fuse by fuse until the test light goes off then you know what is drawing electricity most of the times its a stuck door switch that no longer switches the dome lights off or small lights under the dash and stuff like that good luck

Sounds like the auto shut down relay. Located somewhere in the front grille/bumper area. Relay triggers on impact to shut down all power in order to prevent fires etc. Great idea but can cause exactly the frustration you are having if you don't know it's there!!
