Question about Toshiba Satellite A75-S211 Notebook

My wireless on my toshiba satellite A75-S211 is not working. I followed the connectivity doctor on my laptop but it still does not work.

On the front of the laptop the normally is a switch that turns the wireless off and on if it is on you will see a wirless icon lite up on the end or bottom of your pc

My toshiba a75 cant connect to my lcd hdtv through s-video port or vga. i used an s-video to rca cable and a vga to rca cable but neither worked


Use the Fn key plus F5, F8 or F9 to change display to external
also you may have to change laptop's screen resolution to lower for lcd tv to display

My Toshiba Satellite A75-S211 computer, will suddenly shut down.


Mine did this and I thought it was overheating and vacumed the back vents. This fixed the problem.

the issue is likely thermal shutdown (it got to hot) listen to establish whether the fan(s) are working. you will need to take it apart to gain access to the fan area to clean out the dust and dirt.

    It doesn't work on battery


    check the power option in control panel, also remove the battery then insert it again

    Trying to find website that I have seen befoe that has instructions on how to open up the A75-S211


    Problem solved. Lap top stripped apart and that little line of dust got cleared out and now the laptop works as if new. Thanks to the website I posted above that shows how to safely dismantle the A75-S211.
