Question about Protron PLTV-32 Television
This sounds like a signal tuner (audio/video inputs), or the main board if inputs are on it! It is also plausible to be a bad cap (Capacitors) that are bulging on top and or leaky (brownish stain) causing a harmonic within the power feed to the audio!
