You have to re-install windows, the new motherboard has a different chipset than the old one. Also , why buy PC CHIPS? its the worst brand you can buy, it will probably die soon anyways

The p23g V1.0 motherboard doesn't support the core duo processor. Do not try to install it or you may damage either the board or the processor.
The p23g V3.0 support also the core duo processor

My suggestion is that you use the p29g
