Question about Toshiba Satellite 1005-S157 Notebook
If you have to ask that question then I would suggest you get it professionally repaired. Should run you about $100. If you're paying more than that you're being robbed.
It's not easy, especially if you've never done the repair before. I'm an expert at it and I still have trouble with certain models. It's really easy to damage the motherboard during this type of repair so in trying to save $100 it could end up costing you much much more.
