Gift card button disappear from menu
Hi Linh,
Not sure why it would disappear, but you could try to recreate it using a different button if you haven't used all sixteen. Maybe a new location will work better. There are a few things that could be checked in your database, but try this first.

I'll assume that you are beyond the 3 months of free tech support. Have you tried reloading RPE? This will sometimes cure odd problems such as this. Are you using a server with workstations? You may need to reload SQL on the server. Always do a backup before attempting this.

You didn't say who the processor was. Many require a software program to interface with RPE that you need to install on new computer. Contact your processing company and they should point you in the right direction, if they want your business.

I was able to recreate your problem. If an employee is clocked in and not out in the past, every check will appear back to the clockin date/time. In TIME CLOCK MANAGEMENT, if you have an idea when this happened, set the starting date back and clock them out. RPE thinks their shift hasn't ended yet. It might be easier to have someone query your database for the mistake and correct it. I'm available.
