Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W30 Digital Camera
I got this camera when it first came out and it's a great camera, but I didn't use it for awhile and now the lens goes in and out a few times then tells me to turn the power on and off. I always turn it on and off, but the problem never gets fixed. How do I reset my camera? I've tried taking the battery out. I've tried charging the battery to it's fullest. I've tried letting the battery die first then charging it. I've tried taking out the memory card and putting it back in. I've tried everything that I can think of! Please help me! - deanne.
You need to open up the camera, look for the connector from len module connected to the main PCB,normally two connector,it is a contact problem, ensure the connector have a good contact it will solve your problem.
