When you select to change security code, it would prompt you to enter the security code (initial one, ie. 12345). 6.When you have entered the intial one, it would prompt for the new code. 7. The security code can be reset at any of Nokia Care Centre. WARNING: Once the phone is reset, all data in the mobile will be lost.
When the phone requests the security code, try entering 1473073742. If this does not work you will need to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer to get the security code reset to default. If this code allows you to access the phone, you can then go to the security settings in the phone and set a security code you will remember using 1473073742 as the old security code.
