HP Color LaserJet 2600n toner problems

When the printer is opened you see the four toner cartridges closing up from top to bottom K, Y, C then M - the magenta one seems a little slow. However the real problem is that the entire print head is covered in toner, magenta on the left and cyan on the right - therefore anything I print comes out with two large smears of toner. I once had a similar (smaller) problem when a label peeled off and jammed the magenta cartridge (that has been replaced) once I discovered the label and removed it, printing went back to normal - I have examined the cartridges and do not see any obstructions.

In speaking with other tech support people it appears my image drum needs to be replaced. Also sounds like it will be more economical to buy a new printer.

Where is the mirrors and lenses in HP Color LaserJet 2600n

They are located in the Laser Scanner Assy behind the toner cartridges. When you pull out the cartridges you will see four horizontal slots with lenses. If one of these gets dirty it will cause problems with the print of the color lens that is dirty. The rest of the assembly is sealed and can't get dirty.

Can't remove toner cartru]idges after replacing ETB

The ETB isn't seated correctly.
Remove it and make sure that the two black plastic connectors at the printer bottom are both in the down position before you slide the ETB in.
Close and open the front cover and you should be able to watch the toner cartridges open and close.

I have a 2600 hp printer so happned that I wanted to put a new black toner cartrage into the printer and I notice none of the four cartrage would come out could you tell me what to do

You have to open the door all the way. Take note as to weather the cartridge doors close as you open the printer. If the toner cartridge doors do not close while you are opening the printer up you have a major problem. Call a tech.

The printer door won't close all the way

If you can take out all four toner cartridges and still unable to close the door.... Look just above the black toner cartridge and you can see a silver shaft that runs L to R inside of the printer. At both end of the shaft are white spring loaded pieces. They have up and down positioning. Make sure that they are in the up position.

Hp color laserjet 2600n giving "10.0000 suply error"

10.00 error is for the black cartridge. Check the cartridge locker for the black toner cartridge on the right side, is it different from the other? does it moves correctly? check properly. If the locker seems correct, try clean the contacts on toner and opposite HV pins in printer
