Nefffan oven element video.1, If the fan motor . in theback of the oven is going round and the temperature light is on (normallylittle red light), but there is no heat then you will probably need a new ovenelement, these are generally very easy to fit and readily available from ourwebsite these can be tested with a electric meter.
To gain access to the NEFF element .you willhave to remove the back plate from inside the oven. Once removed you will seethe fan and element,. if youlook closely at the element .you willprobably see a small hole burnt in it where it has blown. Sometimes howeverthere is no evidence of a fault but the element is open circuit ie:broken inside the element casing, either way it will need replacing. Someelements will are fixed from inside the oven and some are held in place by nutsfrom the rear of the machine.
2, If your NEFF fanoven is getting warm but takes a very long time to cook or is burning the foodmore on one side than the other, then you need to check if your oven fan motor is working you willsee the blade turning fast if it is ok. if the element is heating but the fan motor is not blowing the heat into the oven thenyou need To replace the oven fan motor is a little moreexpensive and a bit more involved.
3. If you have the opposite problem ie: your oven is over heatingand burning everything then you will need to replace your NEFF oven thermostat
4, A quite common and easily overlooked answer is if your NEFF oven is not working at all ie: noheat and no fan then the chances are that someone has put the oven timer into AUTO mode, simply put oven back to MANUAL mode and all should be working again.

Hi, from what you describing it can only be either the oven element (located behind the back plate inside the oven, hold by 6 screws, 2 at the top, 2 at the bottom and 2 on the sides). Switch off the cooker, remove this panel and have a look at the element, looking for unsual bends, corrosion, or burn marks. The other possibility is the safety stat located near the element connections at the back of the oven. Pull the oven out, remove the back chassis panel and inspect the stat.
Cheers

Fan oven not heating up to temperature

If the fan is working o/k then it is probably the element that has failed.
This is to be found at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.

Neff Circotherm Double Oven keeps blowing elemrnts. Ie. only works a few times then only gets warm

I assume that you are fitting genuine elements, as opposed to cheap copy ones..
Make sure the fan is working o/k as well.
You also need to check the temp is correct, for this you need to have a oven thermometer to check it with.
Make sure the connections to the element are o/k as well.
Hope this helps with your problem.

Hi. when we turn our electric fan oven on it cuts off the electricity, tripping the circuit breaker when it begins to get hot, ie after about 5 mins. Its a belling oven. Any help much appreciated.

It sounds like the oven element is probably causing the problem, it is more thal likely the element is breaking down as it gets hotter.
My advice would be to replace the element, this is located at the rear of the oven compartment, behind a removeable cover.
This should solve your problem.

Turn the right hand button onto the ECS symbol. This is the cleaning cycle. Make sure you put some soapy water in the 'well' at the bottom of the oven. The oven is then steam cleaned.

Installing a B1641 oven

Providing it is just a single fan oven on it's own. then it will work fine from a normal 13 amp socket.
If it is a double oven, then it will have to be hard wired into a cooker control switch box, protected with a 30amp circuit trip or fuse.
Please rate my solution to your query.
Thanks.
