I have nokia n 73 and i too come across this problem quite a times. First of all try switching off the phone and then try reinstalling the application after restarting the phone.
There is nothing wrong with the phone for this issue but what happens is some times the application we download has its certificate expired and when we try to intall the application it says unable to install.
So try downloadng the latest version of the application and if possible from some different site or official site of the application provider. I hope that will solve your problem as it solved mine number of times.
The error massege shows as unable to perform bluetooth operations when memory is full.
Try to delete some of the data applications and try to perform the bluetooth operation.
Even if you find the same problem to perform bluetooth the remove the battery when the mobile is switched on and remove the sim and reinsert after 2 mins.
Hope I helped you.
Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!
The default security code for Nokia is 12345 IMEI: 356406013883474 Master code: 0615326066 Close all applications on your phone. With your phone switched ON, remove the battery. Then remove the SIM card. Replace the battery without the SIM card and switch your phone on. Type in the security codes (any code) until the phone request the Master code, when it does, leave your phone still, don’t use it for 15 minutes, then type in the Master code. This is the code needed to reset the Security code, nothing else, and it’s for your phone only. If it does not request the Master code, your phone will have to be connected to a computer via an unlock box to restore the Security code.
