Ive got a pda2k... my touch screen is'nt working......

if random work. go to touch calibration -click right position done.ok.
if fully not work change PDA.

Go to the "phone programs" screen page and at the bottom left,select the touch screen allignment option.select and follow the instructions.You will have to continue tapping the cursor till it stops moving.Then your screen will be alligned.

You know, you have a great pda! I hope it still can be fixed. I suggest that you should bring your pda to a service center or to your retailer so that they refer you to the accredited service center. And if your phone is new, perhaps it can be covered with the warranty. I think the screen is available but rarely, if you cannot select most of the functions, it is a big problem coz you cannot make the back up.

yes dear its so easy....install "my mobile" software on your pc and attach ur PDA to it...and then ur mob screen shown on ur PC where u can easily align ur screen using ur mouse ..reply if need more help at [email protected]

Absolutely yes! your pda 2k is virus prone you must protect it, and also don't share your mmc card and bluetooth without scanning first.

I am using an I-Mate PDA2K. My problem is that once I switch on the PDA, it goes repeatedly to the "Messaging"and ultimately it reboots loosing all the data. Battery Power shows "full"upon recharging. And at times the PDA works for a day or two without this problem.

try to reboot it, there is a small hull in the bottom on left side, push in it with the pin u have tp your PDA. that will reboot the system

There is no need to replace the whloe lcdscreen, you just need to replace the touch screen & panel which is a thin glasstop on the top of the lcdscreen.
