I have found the solution
You can use Fly mobile V 60
It cost Rs,281/- only
One more thing You can use any Charger Which has 5V 200mA With Mini USB connecter
But never use 5V 500mA Charger. It may damage your MP3 Player
It is not safe for Transcend MP3/4 Player
Second thing you can charge any Mp3 Player with Fly V 60 Mobile phone Charger.
Because Its specification are 6V 300mA.
