Hi and welcome to FixYa,

It would be required for you to contact your Satellite provider. To my understanding, if there was a recent change of the codes use to access the satellites, then said codes would have to be entered into your receiver. Codes are specific to the satellite network and your account.

Alternately, try using the TV with a different signal source such as a DVD. If video/audio would display, then there is nothing wrong with the TV and the issue is limited to your receiver or account activation.

Good luck and thank you for using FixYa.

Your dish might be out of alignment.
Your LNB could be faulty.
Your cable might be faulty.
One of the connectors on either end could be causing it.
Your digibox could be faulty (possible tuner or PSU problem)

Televison station won't scan

If you are receiving a "No Signal" error message, verify that:
  1. All of the cables physically connected to the TV and the input device are secure.
  2. The input device is turned on.
Your TV needs to scan for channels before it can show programming from an antenna, from cable TV when the cable comes directly from the wall (no cable box), or from a cable or satellite box connected to the TV with a coaxial (RF) cable. Do not scan for channels if you have a cable or satellite box connected using AV (Composite), Component, or HDMI cables. The box selects the channel, not the tuner inside your television. If you are not using the "TV" input, press the INPUT button on your remote until the correct input mode is selected.
To perform a channel scan using the coaxial input:
  1. Press the INPUT button on your remote to view your current input source. The TV (coaxial cable) input must be selected. This may appear as "TV," "ANT," or the channel and call letters of a station.
  2. If the TV input is not selected, press INPUT until the TV input mode is selected.
  3. Open the on-screen menu and select TV or Tuner option. (This varies by model.)
  4. Highlight Tuner Mode and select the correct option:
    • Antenna-over-the air signals from an antenna
    • Cable-direct from the wall cable TV, or a cable or satellite box connected to the TV with coaxial cable
  5. Select Auto Search or Auto Channel Scan. (This varies by model.)
  6. When the search reaches 100% complete, exit to the menu.
  7. Check the available channels:
    • Antenna or direct-from-wall cable-Press the Channel Up and Channel Down buttons on your VIZIO TV remote to view the available channels.
    • Cable or satellite box- Will return only one channel. Use the cable or satellite remote's Channel Up and Channel Down buttons.
If this does not resolve the issue, power cycle the TV and then re-run the channel scan:
  1. Turn off the TV.
  2. Unplug the TV from the electrical outlet.
  3. While the TV is unplugged from the wall, press and hold the Power button on the TV for 30 seconds.
  4. Release the power button.
  5. Plug the TV back into the electrical outlet.
  6. Turn on the TV.
Note: There is also an option to reset the TV to the factory default settings. This option is in either the SETUP or SYSTEM section of the on-screen menu. The option may be "Reset all settings", "System Reset," or "Reset & Admin." Consult your TV's user manual for the location and steps for resetting your model.
  1. Remove the coaxial cable from the DTV/TV connector on the back of your television and perform a channel scan to clear the existing channels. See the procedure above. This should not find any channels.
  2. Re-attach the coaxial cable to the DTV/TV connector and perform a new channel scan.
This video shows troubleshooting steps to use when a "No signal" message appears.

Intermittent red line on screen left side

To determine whether this line is a fault of the TV's or a fault of the signal source you have to do a simple test when the line appears on your screen. Please press the Menu button on your TV remote, and see how the line interacts with the menu. If the line goes over the menu then your TV's panel is faulty and will have to be replaced. This is covered by most manufacturer's warranties. If the line goes under the menu then you have to talk to your signal provider (cable, satellite, etc) to figure out what they are transmitting.

SAMSUNG UE32B6000 have problem with conecting ,it say weak signal,or no signal just blank screen, where do i start,

If you just have over-the-air signals from local broadcast stations, you need a good VHF/UHF antenna connected to the RF input jack on the TV in order to get reception. If you have access to cable TV or satellite, you need to connect the box or receiver set-top-box to the TV using a HDMI cable. You need to select on the TV using the remote, (press the MENU button) setup for tuning channels. Do a scan after setting to AIR or CABLE so the TV picks up all available channels you can get. Once this is done you can change channels and see TV. If you reply back with specifics, I can help more...

Gps not acquiring satellites

Press and hold the antenna signal strength icon on the display to bring up Satellite reception information. This will show you what, if any, satellites are being tracked. It will also tell you if you're in DEMO mode, in which case real satellite signals won't be used for the position.

Additionally, you can check the hardware by using the built-in hardware self-test features by pressing and holding the battery icon. Examine the information presented on multiple pages by pressing 'next'. Look for the hardware TEST button and press it. Wait several seconds for results.

These two steps should at least tell you where the problem is. If you ARE getting Satellite signals but they aren't being used by the hardware, you may need to reset your unit. Also check for firmware updates by using the Garmin Update utility available on their web site.

The words "weak signal" flashes on screen at different places and do not receive a picture.

seems like you are using an "off the air antenna" that receives weak signal, you may be too far from the station, go get a roof top amplifier antenna or subscribe to digital service from cable, satellite or at&t uverse. If you think your antenna is getting good signal, try to rescan your tv for available channel. Make sure your TV set up is correct, if you are using Off the air signal, your setting should be set at "Antenna or off the air", then rescan your TV. Normally on Satellite or cable box, you just watch it on video channel or component input, if you are using HDMI then tune to HDMI channel.
Check your connection to make sure they are making good contact. If you can post your set up, I can better solve your problem.
For a resource on "off the air" antenna, go to www.antennaweb.org for help.

VGA connection from PC to TV --TV says "no signal"

On the remote control for your television, there should be a source or input button. Pressing the key repeatedly will switch from cable input to standard tv input, to s-video, or ypbr, or game, or various others. Try doing this and see if the image appears, this awlays works for me. If I am telling you something you have already tried, i am sorry!

Now using satellite dish

Not likely - - there is nothing on the remote that would cut-off the signal, unless you have selective inputs and you were not viewing the correct one. However, "cable" CH03 is correct if your satellite is attached to the screw-on "F" connector in the back of the Tv... When you press menu on the reciever does a menu appear on-screen??
