There is an easy solution to this problem if you had made a Recovery Disc upon first receiving your computer. If you have a Recovery Disc, go ahead and pull it out and put it into the disc drive. If it does not automatically start up and instead a dialogue box appears, choose to autorun. 1) A dialogue box will appear giving you the options to either Reinstall programs or drivers or Restore your complete system. Hit OK to choose to Reinstall programs or drivers. 2) Let it load up and do its thing... 2) Once its done loading up, choose Reinstall Programs or Drivers from the list on the left of the window, then click the Start button in the bottom right. 3) Now choose to Skip (near the bottom) instead of doing Windows Backup and Restore or VAIO Hardware Diagnostics, then click the Next button. 4) A Caution will appear. You may choose to read it, but otherwise just hit the Next button again. 5) A list will appear with two tabs: Programs and Drivers. Click the Drivers tab and locate the Bluetooth Driver in the list. Check off the Bluetooth Driver box and hit Next. Follow any dialogues that pop up, and once all that's over with you will be prompted to restart your computer. 6) After the restart, remove your old Bluetooth mouse and re-add it, and it should work like a charm. Good luck, and I hope this helped at least someone out!

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
