You don't say what happens after the dispenser opens.

These units use very little water and thus need very little soap, you can only use powder no cubes or liquid. It uses less than a tablespoon of soap. Also use jetdry it makes a huge difference to the glasses and plastic.

If you run the unit without adding soap and the water is still soapy you are using too much soap.


The Duel fuel oven uses the broiler in preheat and if you do not finish the preheat cycle then it will burn the food .

it could just be your supply lines are not big enought
