Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional for PC
When i write a paragraph the letters will print out in places where words already appear. exampl in an existing word li it will move like sometime it will move the existing letters like so nisometome etc
There is a feature on your computer to switch between "insert" which inserts words at the point of your cursor, without being destructive to other text, and "overwrite" mode, which replaces current words/text with what you type. in Microsoft Word or other word processing programs, you can see a small symbol representing either "INS or OVR" in the bottom status bar. to switch between these modes, press the "Insert" key on your keyboard (also labeled "Ins" on some keyboards), this toggles the insert/overwrite mode back and forth.
