Yes you will need to replace both of the STK392-570 Convergence ICs and the two 5 amp pico fuses. You can get the parts at the following link and they provide instructions with pictures that show how to do the repair. Heres the link' http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
This is a convergence problem that is either poor solder connections at the convergence ICs or defective ICs. If you can solder, you can fix this yourself. Update this if you wish to attempt the repair and I'll provide additional details and instructions.
You need to replace both convergence ICs .It will cost you around $30 If you can replace it by yourself . If you take to repair shop they will charge you around $200 for this job. . I suspect you have a bad convergence ic bad the letters 0n the ics start with stk replace ic you will have a good shot that will fix it. you do need to be able to solder . be careful. there are 2 ics replace both .
