I can't install Window Xp sp 2 in My Compaq CQ45 .If i stall Xp sp 2 ,it can't found HDD..

Restart your PC and go into BIOS Setup. For some computers BIOS setup keys are F2 and for others its Del key. If you are not sure which key takes your computer to BIOS setup. Start pressing F2 and Del keys alternatively immediately after you restart your machine. Make sure that your HDD (Hard disk Drive) is detected. If its not detected and appearing in the BIOS setup than most probably you have to open your hardware which is not recommended if you are a beginner. There can be a number of reasons like loose wiring and bad jumper settings on the hard disk id the disk is IDE.

If you mean you cannot access the bios due to a password protection, open the case and remove the battery for 1 minute and then replace it, this should clear the bios password so you can access the bios setup.

Windows xp freezes on boot up after it lists the intel celeron 2400 MHz Processor

if your not using laptop , if you are using pc then just do as i say ....

there is some problem in bios...so,
open your cpu and remove the lithium cell battery which will be in coin size and then boot after removing battery once ....
once again after 5 mins insert the lithium cell battery and reboot your pc now you can enter in to your bios set up and just have a have whether all the devices you have connected are detected or not....
(if it is a laptop then also you can do the following by entering into bios setup)
then make sure about those boot priority devices , in this you have given the harddisk for boot up .....
this solves your problem ....
