My 2Wire 2701HG-B Gateway constantly resets itself! It is very annoying while playing online games and downloading torrents...Can anyone please tell me how to stop this?

- "My 2Wire 2701HG-B Gateway constantly resets!" Ill be doing something online then it will turn off for a minute then come back on but it does it at completely random times sometimes it will happen 4 times an hour sometimes once in 5 hours can you help me is there like a debug i can use or something along those lines . IM looking for a way that i can fix it without contacting my AT&T provider because we called once and they said nothing was wrong with it and it was just normall please help me it is very annoying to do reaserch papers without the internet. - jamesicklesMar 17, 2009
- My 2Wire 2701HG-B Gateway resets every time I inttend to enter the modem settings. I type the 192.168.1.254 direction in the explorer gap and it resets immediatelly. Some days ago it didn´t happen. Who can help me solve this problem? Thanks!- GuestBest Solution

If your gateway is constantly rebooting this is a sign of hardware failure and you should speak with your ISP about a possible replacement if it is still in warranty.
