Depending on which type of plastic you have, it should say on it somewhere and it should look like a triangle and it will tell u pvc or nilon or abc. Then go get that type of glue and seal it with the correct glue. You could also use a food grade silicone, but remember to rough it up with some sand paper.

SOURCE: Culligan RO sstem has recently stopped producing more that 6 oz

This might be a possible tank pressure issue. This could also be a clogged filter. I would first check the tank pressure by using the following steps

Necessary Supplies:
1) Tire Gauge marked in 5psi increments (ie 5, 10, 15, 20psi, etc.)
2) Bicycle tire pump for standard type bike tire valve

To recharge RO System Tank:

1) Close cold water feed valve (valve located at some point along the cold water line from street plumbing).*
2) Leaving RO tank valve on, turn tank on side & locate valve stem on bottom side.
3) Remove stem cap.
4) Drain all water out of tank through open RO faucet into sink. (Continue to leave RO faucet open throughout procedure)
5) If current tank pressure is insufficient to empty tank, apply tire pump to valve stem and pump 10 – 15 times. Exit flow will increase and then gradually decrease as pressure equalizes. Do not overcharge internal bladder of tank during this procedure.
6) Repeat step #4 until tank is completely empty. (Tank is empty when additional pumping produces no more water)
7) At this point, adjust EMPTY tank to exactly 7psi. (Gauge reading midway between 5 & 10psi is sufficient)
8) Turn off RO faucet.
9) Replace cap on valve stem and reposition tank in upright position.
10) Open cold water feed valve.*
11) System water is useable immediately, however, tank will take 3-4 hrs to completely refill.

SOURCE: Leaks on the top of black box of culligan water

Is this a reverse osmosis drinking water system? If it is it is an H8 RO. If so shut the water off that feeds the RO. The leak is probably coming from one of the fittings, they can be cut by the compression fittings and leak.

SOURCE: How do I change the filer in my Culligan unit?

Turn the water off IN & OUT, (If this is a Culligan pre-filter it may have the shutoff valve on top), Press the red pressure relief button and hold it down for several seconds. Use the wrench provide and unscrew housing. Clean out the housing, lubricate the o-ring with silicone lube, replace filter and housing. Only tighten the housing by hand. Turn incoming water back on. It helps to hold the pressure relief button down after turning water back on to purge the air.

SOURCE: Culligan ac 30 reverse osmosis system - changed

I would pull out all the filters changed and check them. If a GAC filter is used as the post filter, before the RO tank, carbon fines can come out of the filter and can plug up the head on the RO system. Make sure the sediment pre-filter is not plugged and there is plenty of water supply. You may have lost pressure in the RO tank. A 3 gallon tank should have 7psi pressure when totally empty.

I need a water diagram for a culligan water system serial number is AC10001293

Here is a link to the Culligan website for the AC 30 owners manual. It has a breakdown view of the RO.
http://www.eculligan.com/support/ac30_owners_guide.PDF
This is about as close as you will get to a water diagram for the RO. The only place to find a flow diagram is in a service manual and those are well protected by Culligan.

My culligan water filter makes a gurgle sound

The reverse osmosis faucet you have incorporates an AIR GAP to prevent cross contamination to the RO system. The waste water first goes up the to RO faucet AIR GAP and then goes to drain. The "gurgling noise" is the waste water going to drain. Some of these are much noisier than others.

How to replace filter on an undersink culligan reverse osmosis filter

Turn off the incoming water supply, turn off the valve on storage tank, open the RO faucet and let pressure off. Have a pan ready, remove the sediment pre-filter housing and post-carbon housing.
Use latex gloves when changing filters, add 1 tsp bleach to each housing and clean them thoroughly before installing filters. Make sure all bleach is rinsed out before installing filters. Turn the water back on to system, turn the tank back on and run 2 tanks of water out before using water again.
