Dvd is stuck and wont eject

You need to replace your main board. This is a heat issue on your micro and cannot be fixed at component level.

2 answers 1 usually you can remove a stuck disk by finding the tiny pin hole on the dvd insertion tray and pushing it in about 1/2 inch this will force open the player so you can remove the stuck bootleg dvd you put in it. step 2 is you can unplug the tv lay it face down and remove the stand and the back screws from the tv there about 20 screws once removed you can pll the back off the TV and find the dvd module and carefully disconnect the moduler plugs connected to the dvd

I am going to sandbag it. I can use that particular cd to workout with. I will just attach a dvd player separate since most postings can't use the dvd anyway after they get the cd out. Thanks for the help anyway! Susan

I have an entire MEMTEK DTV-323 with remote. I was looking for a power supply but have not had any luck.

Most universal remotes will work for about any TV. Have you tried one???

I have the same problem.I can only get the recorded dvd's to play on the cheap dvd players like apex and such.
