The motherboard does not POST, it means a critical system component is bad, either PSU,CPU, RAM, Video Card, or motherboard is bad.

Dissamble PC. Carefully clean every component with a wind blower. Use soft cloth if required. Assemble them one by one. Try to power on. If it does not solve, replace BIOS battery with new one and try with another working power supply. Still have problem, replace motherboard. Keep informing.

When i start my pc it make two beep sounds. And the other problem is, in the booting time it doesnot take any files from cd. My computers conifiguretion is intel d815eea2 board intel p3 processor...

the beeps are post during post the very first work is done by the ram,all the memory in the ram is first transferred to the hard disk, and remains active untill turned off.
make sure that your RAM is securely seated
try replacing all the leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions + IDE,SATA the ones that attach from your motherboard to hard drive
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they are probably old and faulty ?
hope this helps

No onboard video with my new MCP6P M2+ mainboard

Try removing the bios battery for 30 seconds then boot the pc, this will clear the bios. Maybe the bios was misconfigured. Else you can jump the "clear cmos" pins on your motherboard, same affect as removing the battery. If that doesn't work try different ram, it's possible the ram is not compatible. Sounds plausible being that there were no post beeps. Good luck.

How far does the Boot get? Is your keyboard active (is it polled?), do you see the BIOS boot screen? Can you access BIOS?

Can not boot from CD or HD, with BIOS screen showing, is one thing.

Can not get BIOS screen showing, is another.

Both are, can not boot from CD or HD.

No power up

Here was the fix for me. The machine refuses to boot if the video card is not functioning. It should have one long beep however to tell you that there is a video problem. Someone hooked up our speaker incorrectly though! So we got no beeps. Once the speaker was hooked up and the video card was replaced, all is well!
