You can buy at Nappa auto parts stores. Please rate as this is a short answer and if you don't rate it it hurts me.

How do I change the brushes on a 14" dewalt impact wrench 14.4 volt

I think that model is on a ring internally so there isnt a way to do like the bigger ones, you would have to take the screws out and take in half and you will the the brushes and can replace.

When I run my Makita Impact wrench one of my brushes spark what is the problem

One can expect a small amount of arcing from a carbon brush. If one brush is arcing more than another, or if the arcing is following around the diameter of the commutator toward the other brush, the brushes need to be replaced and commutator cleaned with a commutator stone.

Do I need to put oil in a brand new Titan 24volt impact wrench

I have never used that brand of impact, but I have used many others and I have never known an electric impact or drill to need oil. You need oil in an air powered impact because the air motor needs lubrication. The electric motors in electric impacts have sealed bearings and brushes that are meant to run dry. The actual impact assembly should be sealed as well, it should not need any oil.

Dewalt dw297 impact wrench does'nt work at all. the cables does'nt seem broken, so don't know what to look for.

A good place to start with Dewalt tools is the switch. Take the front off the handle and pull the switch out far enough to test the posts on the back. Plug the cord in and check for voltage where the cord attaches to the switch. No voltage, bad cord, replace the cord. If you have voltage, the cord is good. With some help, hold the switch on and check for current on the motor side of the switch. If no voltage, replace the switch. If there is voltage there, you are going to have to check the brushes, armature and/or field for continuity or shorts.

It will not operate. I have tested the switch and the motor does not look ar smell burnt

Remove the motor brushes and check to see if it is worn. Check for voltage on the brush holder tube. If you have no voltages trace the wires from the electric source and switch. If you have voltage it is your brushes or armature coils. You can purchase parts from the below link.
