All appearances - No fuel to ignite!
evrything else looks good, proper gas pressure, proper volts at igniter, etc - it should ignite! If fuel present, heater should Fire!
make sure all valves are open.
Gas valve is ON
AND purge any air from gas line.
IMPORTANT ****. If you bled gas line, don't try to ignite for a few minutes. Allow gas to dissipate first, use a fan to help.

Dyna glo pro forced air heater won't ignite?

I've had mine for about 8 years now. Just started spitting out fuel and failing to ignite. Took it all apart and found a couple of cracked lines where they went on to the fittings. One was to the air pump and the other was a fuel line at the manifold. Cut them both back and reattached, but it still wouldn't ignite. Then I checked the pressure coming off the air pump and it was at 2 psi, should be at 3.4 on mine. Adjusted the fuel pressure up and bingo, it lit right up as soon as the pressure was right.

Try checking the air line and make sure it's tight where it connects to the compressor and the fuel nozzle. Also check the fuel line where it connects to the fuel filter and the fuel nozzle. If the ends are cracked or stretched, make sure you will have enough left to reconnect then and trim some off of the ends so they will fit tight and won't leak air. Let me know if this doesn't help. If it does please take time to vote and leave feedback. nitensheaterservice@earthlink.net

My master heater will not ignite. i have replaced all air filters i have changed the back cover, it was cracked, i replaced the rotor and blades in the air pump and set the air at 6.4 pounds like the book...

The first thing to check would be the ignitor. If it is not working, then check the connections between it and the ignition control assembly. If the connections are fine, check to see if there is any voltage being sent to the ignitor. If there is then replace the ignitor, if not, then replace the ignition control assembly.

Reading says EE 2 what does this mean

Hi Sandra, EE 2 means that the heater did not ignite. There could be several causes. First let me ask, did the heater make a ticking or thumping sound before you got the EE 2? If so that means the fuel isn't getting to the fuel sump. It could be caused by an air bubble in the fuel line, a clogged filter at the tank (if you use an outside tank), or a clogged fuel strainer in the fuel sump. EE 2 could also be caused by a bad igniter. Did the heater light at all? If it did then the igniter is good. If it didn't the easiest way I have found to check the igniter is to use a clamp on ammeter or use a multimeter to check the resistance of the igniter. Another cause is a dirty flame rod. If the heater lit then went out I would suspect this. It can be cleaned with some steelwool or fine sandpaper. Let me know what you find or if you need more info.

Since it does not ignite, Please check the ignition transformer. This have a secondary voltage of about 20,000 to 25,000 volts, enough to make your igniter
spark, thus, causing the atomized fuel to ignite and burn the fuel. So, please include igniter high voltage cable for ground leak. Ground leak is visible as line sparks when your heater is switched on. If your ignition transformer does not produce sparks at the
igniter, it means it needs to be replaced.
Have it done to make it work. Hope this will help you.

Reddy Heater Doesn't fully ignite

First thing I would do is clean all of your air and fuel filters and check your lines for breaks. A lot of times they will do that if your not getting enough air to fuel mix. If it continues after that it's the CAD/ flame sensor which you can get from MR. Heater for 3 bucks they are all basically the same and I know reddy heater wants 18 for the same thing.

Ignition

This is a "probably". The reset button trips because the photocell fails to see a flame in the combustion chamber. That's its job.
Check the ignition device ( transformer, coil). See if 110v going in. If there is no spark coming out, replace it.
