How on earth do you make a playlist on this thing? I can make one on my computer but it won't show up on the mp3 player.

I deleted everything off to start with. I then just put a few songs that I really wanted in my playlist on it, highlighted them and right-clicked on them. I selected create playlist that includes all the songs I highlighted, renamed it and moved it to the main playlist folder.

Making playlists on my sony walkman mp3 player

OK so it is a little confusing on how to create a playlist, I am about to make your headaches go away on this issue.
1.Plug your mp3 player into your computer. 2.Go to my computer and open your mp3 player in windows. 3.go to your folder on your mp3 player that you have files folders etc.. that you would like to add to a playlist. 4.right click on folder and choose "create playlist" 5.Name your playlist.
thats it ! you should now have a playlist on your MP3 player, I hope this helps.

Seperate Playlists

Use Windows Media Player to create the playlist, and then transfer them to the player by dragging the entire folder to the sync window, instead of dragging all of the files within the playlist to the window.
