I was on Fixya Premium and began to chat with a person, then got disconnected and I dont know how to reconnect.

    An expert that got 5 achievements.

    Sergeant:

    An expert that has over 500 points.

Once disconnected you cannot reconnect. Just one of the few flaws here at FixYa. I'm certain that you can start another chat-session with another representative since you never got your problem resolved. Hi

have a look into your email, most of the time when a disconnect happens you receive a email that includes instructions on how to get another chat session.

If you don't have instructions and you can't seem to get a new chat session automatically by just going to www.fixya.com

I suggest you email premium.support@fixya.com for help with the issue.

How long does Fixya take to approve an expert application? I sent in my application about a week ago and am still waiting, I'm just surprised they weren't as speedy as they were with my Premium Tips Expert...

I'm waiting for approval too. I believe FixYa! approves an individual to be a premium expert in an least 2 weeks. They base it from the quality of your answer. $1500, you can earn as much as this in less than a month after you are approved to be a premium expert. Just imagine, every chat support you provide is equal to $5-$10. Answer 10 chats per day and you'll get $100 more or less. Good luck to us!

Im not able to use my facebook chat i think my chat is disable and i dont know how can i enable the chat


you just click chat option on you chat disable status, if that not any change, something problem with your browser. you can try with other browser to indentified the problem with your Browser or with your Facebook Account.

I send a message to chat with a friend. They recieve it and reply and are advised i am off line. I dont recieve any replies to chat messages


First the message is received at the destination is indication of sucessful submission. An indication of application offline unless were in relation to the message sent is ok since persons may have disconnected. Also, the facebook chats allows to store the message as sent during the entities absence until available on the network to display what was sent.

What rewards are getting your experts for ansering the question? You only get money with banners?


Hello,

There are many different "rewards". Answering some problems can get you anywhere from $2 to $7.

Then there are chats that can get you something like $10 to $15 I believe.

Know this though, that you must answer 30 free questions each 30 days to stay eligible to answer those Premium questions.

Paymnets are made at the end of the month but only if you have $50 accumulated. Also those paymnets are a month behind. If I have $50 in Premium answers at the end of January, I do not get it until the end of March.

Hi Sorose4u, I'm sorry, but we currently do not have any system like that. It is, however, a great suggestion and something that I will propose to my bosses. I think that in the meantime, there is no need to wait as long as you have been. I think that if the customer does not respond to your posts for 15 minutes or so, you can assume that they have been disconnected. Hey again,

no, we don't get any notification of it, most of the time I also miss out on those.

not much we can do about it..You can look on the account statements page and see if the chat session is rejected by customer, then he has had another chat session.

I think they are working on improving the system, right now, we have to live with it.
