Question about Plantronics Explorer 220 Bluetooth Headset Wireless Headset
Have to disconnect the bluetooth, take battery out of phone, wait a couple minutes, then put battery back in and start phone. Bluetooth then connects until I shut it off. Then have to do the process all over again.
Take the metal battery cover off and you shouldn't have a problem. it should connect right away. I guess the metal interferes with the connection. there's no need to take the battery out.
