According to the model number listed the only shelf available for the freezer door is item numbers 8, 9, and 10 on the page I linked for you.

Where is the drain in the freezer? Can I access it?

Hi,

It is near the bottom of the freezer, if you remove the lower basket/shelf you will see a 'step up' and a back panel with slots above the step. The drain opening is just below the slots in the back panel. This link may help if you are going to clean it out. Let me know if it helps. Thanks

if the fridge is still working then a 48hr total defrost should kick it back into life as restricted air flow will overice the evaporator...this is shown by a build up of heavy frost on the lower section of rear panel in the freezer

Tenants have broken every door shelf rack

For the GE refridgerator, the model GTS22 is an incomplete model number. That is actually the series number. Your actual model should be followed by 5-7 more letters, as in GTS22FBPBRWW. The full model number denotes dates, dimension, color, etc. You can find the full model number in one of two places:
A) Upper front left corner of the food compartment
B) Left side of the crisper pan on the food liner (with storage drawer open).

Once you find the correct model number, it is important to decide exactly which parts you need. Each door shelf comes in 3 pieces. You have two end caps (left and right) and then the front piece. For the bottom shelf, the end caps are different than the caps for the top and middle shelf. Also, do you need the dairy door and the butter dish? A schematic drawing can be most helpful.

When you know which parts you need, you can go online to www.partstore.com or call toll-free 866-925-PART (7278).

Our refigerator is not cooling .

Hello Laura,
If you look at the rear wall inside the freezer compartment down low and find a bunch of frost on that wall, you have an automatic defrost system failure. The most likely part that has failed is the defrost thermostat. It is located on the top of the freezer coil, clipped onto a piece of tubing. It will have 2 wires coming out of it and it is about the diameter of a quarter and about 3/4" tall. To test this part you would need a test meter and enough skill to check if the contacts are closed when the thermostat is frozen withing the specifications stated on the thermostat. I believe yours would close at 25 degrees F and opens at 47 degrees F. Part # 5303918214
I hope this helps you. supertechks
