My Whirlpool list does not have your specific model's fault codes (Whirlpool does not give info out readily!) but in general 'F07' states 'Triac short circuit detection (motor control module)'
Sorry but it looks like a service visit is required ;-0(
If this has assisted and/or clarified the situation for you please consider a 4 thumbs up on our rating.

is it leaking from the tub? remove the top cabinet and inspect to see if it is if it is leaking from the bottom of the tub most likely you will need a new bearing and seal and this is the job btw that techs love to get because they charge 4-600 to do the job probably cost you abou 60 dollars and take your about 5 hrs to change it but its alot better then paying the 4-600 on the other hand if the tub is cracked it wouldnt be worth replacing it the cabrio is one of the worst model ever made along with its sister the calypso and the cousin the kenmore oasis if you have any further questions message me back here is a complete schematic of how your machine comes apart Thanks again Rick
If you are in the US please help out the service people and let them do any schematic probing for you. I once worked for a depot facility of Philips near the Dallas area, and those guys need the work ; )
If you still get snagged on the proprietary stuff, try locating a similar
tv system, and see if you can locate their schematic. Sometimes the
chips are 'basically used the same"..but knowing Philips they have their
own set of chips.
I have had these apart. The leak is from a seal around the motor shaft. By the time it is leaking the shaft has pitted to the point a new seal will not repair it. Getting it apart can result in damaged parts as it is sealed together with very tight tolerances and a glue like sealer. Eric
Hi there. E16 Error code means (on all canon compacts) that there is something
wrong with the lens mechanism and it cannot contract/extract/focus etc.
Basically, if the problem is not fixed by removing the batteries for 20 minutes and reinstalling them (make sure they are fully charged) then
you'll have to take it into a shop or get a friend who knows a lot
about this stuff to take it apart.
